Let’s get one thing straight, okay? I, Kimber the Magnificent, am the true brains behind this entire book blogging operation. Sure, Her Royal Momness does all that “typing” and “reading” stuff requiring opposable thumbs. But without my strategic tail-wags, adorable puppy eyes, and sheer genius, her reviews would be nothing but plain text!

Not to worry. Mom and I are on track  for World Book Blogging Domination with my master plan. In fact, Mom and I are on track to completely take over the internet’s literary corner at any moment (Well, it’s mostly me. Mom helps. A little). Here’s why:

Mom’s book pile is ridiculous. But I know exactly which page she’s on, and I make sure she notices the most thrilling sentence(s). It’s dramatic. It’s interactive. And it keeps our readers on their paws.

2. The Power of the “Bark-eting” Team

Mom handles the SEO and hashtags (whatever that means). But I handle the 6:00 a.m. wake-up reminders about Is It Breakfast Yet? and Hurry Up and Finish That Book Already, Sweet Stuff! It’s called aggressive motivation. Plus, I help soothe her nerves after a particularly tragic plot twist with my world-class cuddles.

3. Content Strategy (AKA The Adorable Aesthetic)

Let’s be real. Nobody is coming to the blog just for the reviews. Even tho said reviews are incredibly witty, insightful, and Totally Pawsome. We all know you’re really here to see my sweet, furry face and witness my latest stroke of brilliance. Once I let Mom take a picture of me sleeping on her gorgeous hardcover stack or just being my brilliant, beautiful self, our subscriber count is going to skyrocket!

So listen up, Cookie. The hoomans think they run the literary world. Just shows ya what they know  – and that they aren’t quite ready for a four-legged takeover. But stay tuned. Because at any moment, this book blog is going viral.
